We specialise mainly in VW Audi group cars, this is down to the popularity of these cars in the UK, the exceptional value these cars can offer as imports through the Japanese auctions and the knowledge we have gained in converting them from Japan to UK/EU specification.

The VW Polo and Golf have consistently ranked as two of the most popular new and used cars over the last 20 years and have always been held in high regard on the used car market. There are plenty of examples on the market to choose from with a wide range of engine options and trim. Comfort is one of the high points of the Golf’s and Polo’s appeal, but build quality is also good and the mechanicals have proved themselves reliable.

Trim levels in Japan are the same as in mainland Europe and the mk6 and mk7 Golf come in basic form as a three-door Trendline specification fitted with a 1.2-litre petrol engine. Mid-level Comfortline includes cruise control, Bluetooth, USB and aux-in phone connectivity and 15-inch alloys. The Highline model has 16-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, unique styling, a three-spoke leather multifunction steering wheel, sports front seats and Piano Black inserts. The highline model was fitted with a 1.4 TSI engine in both the mk6 (160bhp) and the mk7 (140bhp). The Golf mk7 petrol engines are incredibly fuel-efficient petrol engines and can return up to 60 miles per gallon!

The mk7 Golf Estate is one of our firm favorites to import from Japan and it can offer phenomenal value for money with some excellent 2013 and 2014 examples available for less than £8,000 on the road.

The most commonly found Polo variants in the Japanese market are the Comfortline and Highline specification and we are able to find my 1.2 TSI Bluemotion and 1.4 examples in the mk5 (2009-2014) version. As with most cars from Japan these cars will be fitted with an automatic gearbox, the good news is that the 7-speed DSG gearbox used on the mk5 Polo can offer excellent fuel efficiency.

We also source many Audi cars, mainly A1, A3 and A4. We tend to find the best value in the A4 with some saloon and Avant models offering incredible value with some 2010 and 2011 cars selling for around £7,000.
